Anna loved visiting the zoo. Today was a special day because she was going to the petting zoo part. She walked in, and her eyes went wide. There were fluffy sheep, gentle goats, and lots of chirping birds. But then, peeking out from behind a small wooden fence, Anna saw him.
He was a little bunny, with soft, grey fur and long, twitching ears. His nose wiggled, and his eyes were like tiny, dark beads. He looked a little shy. Anna sat down quietly on the grass, not wanting to scare him. She held out her hand, palm up, very slowly.
The little bunny watched her. He took a tiny hop closer, then another. His whiskers brushed against Anna's fingers. It tickled! Anna giggled softly. The bunny didn't run away. He stayed there, letting Anna gently stroke his back. His fur was so soft, like a cloud.
Anna whispered, "Hello, little bunny. You are very cute." The bunny twitched his nose as if he understood. He nudged her hand with his head. Anna felt a warm feeling spread through her. This little bunny felt like a friend.
She stayed with him for a long time, talking in a soft voice. She told him about her favorite toys and about the yummy carrots she ate for lunch. The bunny listened, his ears perked up. Sometimes, he would nibble on a blade of grass near her hand. It was a quiet friendship, built on gentle moments and soft touches.
Soon, it was time to leave. Anna felt a little sad. She gave the bunny one last gentle pat. "Goodbye, little friend," she whispered. The bunny watched her go, and Anna knew she would never forget him. She had made a new friend at the zoo, a shy, soft, wonderful bunny. And that made her heart feel happy and warm, ready for a peaceful sleep.
